By using Voxify, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Voxify is a SaaS platform that uses AI to transform transcripts into marketing content including website copy, email drafts, social posts, and FAQs.
2. Account Registration
- •You must provide accurate, complete information when signing up
- •You are responsible for maintaining account security (password protection)
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- •You can cancel your account anytime from account settings
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- •Upload content you don't have rights to use
- •Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- •Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- •Resell access without authorization
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4. Your Content
You own your content
- •Uploading content does not transfer ownership to us
- •You grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service
- •We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent
- •You can delete your content at any time
5. Payment & Billing
- •Free Trial: 5 free generations, no credit card required
- •Billing: Monthly or annual, charged in advance
- •Refunds: Pro-rata refunds for annual plans; no refunds for monthly plans
- •Plan Limits: Generation limits reset each billing cycle
6. Cancellation
- •Cancel anytime from account settings
- •Access continues until end of billing period
- •Data retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Voxify is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- •Accuracy or suitability of generated content
- •Business decisions made based on generated content
- •Service interruptions or data loss
- •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Voxify against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you via email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
